Support Coordination helps you understand your plan, connect with providers, and build your capacity to use your funding effectively. Plan Management focuses on the financial aspects, handling provider payments and tracking your budget. Many participants benefit from having both services working together.
The frequency of meetings depends on your individual needs and the level of Support Coordination funded in your plan. Initially, we typically meet more frequently to establish your support network. Afterward, we'll develop a schedule that works for you, with regular check-ins and additional support when needed. We are always accessible via phone and email between scheduled meetings.
Absolutely. Your Support Coordinator can attend appointments and meetings with other service providers, NDIS planners, or healthcare professionals. We can help explain your needs, ensure your voice is heard, and gather important information to improve your overall support network.
