All our support workers undergo rigorous screening, including police checks, working with vulnerable people checks, and verification of qualifications. We provide ongoing training, regular supervision, and adhere to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards. Your safety and wellbeing are our highest priorities.
Absolutely. We believe in the importance of a strong match between participants and support workers. We'll work with you to understand your preferences and needs, and introduce you to suitable team members. You always have the final say in who provides your support.
We understand that circumstances change. We ask you to contact our client care team for cancellations when possible, but we are flexible and responsive to your needs. We follow NDIS cancellation policy and our changres are inline with NIDS cancellation policy. Simply contact us, and we'll adjust your support as needed.
